Brian Richardson

Brian is the owner and Managing Member of Red River Development. Prior to the launch of Red River Development in 2017, he spent 12 years in commercial real estate until his focus shifted in 2015 to construction, renovations, and land acquisitions. Red River Development builds 20 move-in-ready spec homes per year, primarily within the well-established neighborhoods of Nashville, TN, and Huntsville, AL. Brian has always taken immense pride in providing the utmost customer service and displaying integrity and transparency with his homebuyers and land acquisition partners. 

Ashley Becker

Ashley is a licensed general contractor and is involved start to finish on each project. She is our in-house designer choosing all selections and finishes. She is the co-listing agent on each home, and once under contract, she handles all correspondence with agents and completes the necessary transactional paperwork. As a final step, she leads the blue tape walk with the buyers and their agent. She is a big part of why each Red River project is so special.
